After so many rumors, the Vanity Ultra lounge (a.k.a. studio inc) Nightclub is closing its doors on January 31, 2012. The owner, Nizam Mohammed, have been dealing with a Landlord that doesn’t support a business (nightclub) in that area. With the Landlord implementing news measures that were not initially agreed upon, the business saw lack of growth and poor profit margins. Vanity Ultra Lounge bett...er known as Studio Inc Nightclub was one of Tampa’s crown jewel in nightlife for 9 years. The venue attracted artists from both Latin & Urban markets in Tampa. Tampa’s major promoters have done many concerts, events, fashion shows, comedy shows, and weekly dance nights. The promoters in the Urban market consisting of; QC Partystarters, Babylondreamteam Tampa, Too Smooth Ent., Jafari Promotions, Blazin Ent., & All or Nothing Ent. And the promoters for the Latin market consisting of; DarkHour Ent-Tampa, Tampa Bay's Finest, Tito Tampa, B&G Entertainment, Royal Cuts Barbershop, Knock Out Promotions, & New Millennium. Each promoter brings an element that help capture a great socializing atmosphere. The venue also had a chance to showcase many artists like Plies, Ne-Yo, 112, Roxy & Terrance from B.E.T, Big Tiger, Yo Gotti, Young Jezzy, DJ Q45, DJ Nasty(Orlando), Monica, & Ray J just to name a few. In the Latin Market Vanity (a.k.a. Studio Inc) is known to be the church on Saturday nights, Every Latino knew where to be. The DJ helped elevate the best in Salsa, Bachata, & Merengue and the people responded! To name a few artists that performed here Frankie Negron, Aventura, La India, Evis Presco, Grand Combo, Don Omar, Fuego, Yomo, Johnny Rivera, Lalo Rodriguez, Sensato Del Patio, Pitbull, Zion & Lennox, TKA, George Lemond, Nego Flow, Plan B, Sr Speedy, Cosculluela, Tego Calderon, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Yomo, Julio Volito, Dominic Martin, & De La Ghetto, Kendo KAPONI, & Arcangel. Vanity Ultra Lounge (a.k.a. Studio Inc) will be remember as one of Tampa premier nightlife destinations. Thank you to all who help created the memories!
